ActivLab Rice Carbs / Rice Carbohydrates – 1000g

A source of complex carbohydrates from rice flour, designed to be prepared as a creamy dessert!

Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function after very intense and/or prolonged physical exertion, which causes muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The beneficial effect is provided by the consumption of carbohydrates from all sources, with a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, in portions within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after intense exercise.

Recommended daily dose

• Pour 200 ml of hot but not boiled water into a mug or bowl, add 1 level scoop (30 g) of powder and mix with a spoon.
• The package includes a measuring cup.

• Strawberry flavor: rice flour 96%, concentrated strawberry juice powder, acidity regulator – citric acid, flavors, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, coloring: beetroot red.
• Banana flavor: rice flour 98%, dried banana puree, flavors, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, coloring: carotenes.
• Neutral taste: 100% rice flour.
• Milk chocolate flavor: rice flour 92%, cocoa, salt, skimmed milk powder, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose.
• Apple and cinnamon flavor: rice flour 96%, ground cinnamon, apple powder, flavors, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, acidity regulator - citric acid, coloring: carotenes.
