Edgars Tiefenthal

I am a sports teacher in kindergarten and high school, I work at the sports club “Dandijs”, and I am also a member of the board of the Latvian Powerlifting Federation. I help young people improve their all-round physical fitness, and I also train athletes in powerlifting. Several young athletes have already proven themselves in competitions in Latvia.

I have been doing powerlifting for 6 years, and before that I trained in Olympic weightlifting for 10 years. I have also previously passed on my knowledge to those who want to do sports at the Liepāja crossfit club Power House Liepāja.

I am a multiple winner of the Latvian Championship, both in the junior age group and now competing in the Open or men's group. I am also a member of the Latvian Powerlifting Federation's Latvian national team and have competed in the European and World Championships.
