Dissolve one serving of the product - 3 g (0.5 scoop) in 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training; 2nd serving, immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
