Ingredients

DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) (400 IU), maltodextrin, capsule shell (bovine gelatine), anti-caking agent (silica), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

May contain milk (including lactose), soya bean, oat
or egg particles.

Use

Recommended daily dose for adults: take 1 capsule daily with a meal, with plenty of liquid.
